It took me forever to get through to my road side service but they put me in touch with Harmon's and they got me picked up off i10 right away. They have professional service from the dispatcher to the driver. I appreciate them being so kind even when I was in such a bad mood.

I am the owner of Route 281 Logistics. This past Saturday around 3 in the morning one of my semi trucks broke down. I was there with another semi recovering it in a very Harry area on west bound I10 exit 27 I believe under construction when a storm hit and actually blew our reefer over and flipped it off the road. Thank God the fith wheel released the pin and the truck wasn't flipped as well. We call for a heavy wrecker and I was impressed with how fast they came. Once on sight I never got the drivers name, but very professional. This was a big job and ended up requiring 2 trucks too flip reefer back over. If I had any complaints at all its that I was unable to get a business card and location of where my reefer was towed too. So if you see the review please reach out to me as I have not been able to get in contact with anyone and the reefer is still loaded with product that was still needs to be unloaded onto another trailer so it can be delivered. Aside from that, solid company!

Having issues with the TIPM on my 09 Ram 1500 TRX4, am not sure that they can help but after reading some of the BS reviews i felt it was necessary to clear a few things up, the young lady that answered the phone was most courteous, she put me on hold for a sec then returned and ask exactly what i was asking so she could wright it down and put it on their desk, so they could call me back, 330 in the afternoon the day before new years i did not expect to hear back, till Friday, 5 minutes later Mike called me (was shocked) ask me what was going on and i explained it to him and he was going to consult with Rynn, that tells me something about the staff. hope they can fix my problem but by chance they cant i will still consider them for other issues.
Update: great service, was continually updated on the progress they were making, price was not unreasonable for the work they performed, would recommend them but be prepared to pay a 6% surcharge for using a bred/debit card, great people will use them again without hesitation

Long story short, we were stranded in Lake Charles and couldn't make it home to Leesville. Our car broke down right off of i-10 and traffic was bussing by, and it was getting dark. After calling a few places in lake Charles, something told us to reach out to Harmons in Leesville. They were there to pick us up in about an hour! Ted was Super chill and accommodating, we had our daughter with us and he made us all feel comfortable. We got home safely and quickly and super affordable to boot!!! The next morning, Skyla was quick to help us with paperwork for our insurance company and made sure we were well taken care of! We are so thankful for incredible people like this who really went above and beyond to make this frustrating situation, not so crazy. Thank yall, we will be only recommend yall from here on out!!!
